02 Boyce College

This project was so much fun! 

The assets were mostly taken/created by myself. I was able to dig through photos from Boyce College archives, they have a huge library of great student and campus photos. The footage was taken and or directed by myself as well. I had amazing help from friends with some lighting set up, recording, and color grading on the footage for the end product. 

Boyce wanted something to show the true school spirit that would be fun and stand out during conferences and conventions.

A few concepts were discussed. We decided to make this project graphic heavy to differentiate it from the videos of competing colleges.

I was in daily communication with their team and was able to get all of the assets I asked for. 

Boyce is a newer school so I had a lot of freedom and room to create their school culture into motion graphics.

One of my favorite parts working on this project was making decisions on colors, feel, photos, footage/events I wanted to capture along with choosing the voice over and music. 

The coolest part was putting together, photographing and scanning, this collage concept with their school regalia, and combining it with photos of real students.
